Michael Drossner was a panelist for “The Intersection of Civil Suits and Criminal Allegations” sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on February 27. During the program, Michael spoke about whether an individual may invoke his or her constitutional right to remain silent during a civil proceeding and whether a civil suit can be stayed, or stopped, while a criminal case is pending.
